Wow! Father Hugh! Can I get an AMEN!?
This story was so riveting, and it pulled at my heartstrings.
When I was first given the ARC to He's No Saint I thought to myself, Hm.... This is definitely a different kind of story, and by the end of it, I now know it was like nothing I have ever read before.

Father Hugh had demons that were riding his back, digging in and torturing him at every opportunity. He had very very intense past circumstances that placed him where he was today at St. Mary's. I personally thought he was a good man, and he was honestly no different than any other young horny fella.
The past always comes back to haunt you, and in Father Hughs case it wasn't any different, except his past leaves him quite a bit of closure.

Enter Sister Meredith. . Running from a past of her own, she becomes a nun, and a damn good one at that. As fate would have it, she ends up at St. Mary's with Father Hugh.

There is so much tension between the two that I literally became stressed but in a good way.

These two individuals have both been through the ringer and it finally seems like the universe is in their favor when tragedy strikes.

Can two people running from their dreadful pasts meet in the middle and find a happy future? Or are they forever doomed?

I was completely captivated by this book, and holy CRAP the ending. . For REAL AJ? I NEVER saw that coming. .a little warning could've spared me a few tears, but well played!

I loved the characters, I loved the settings, and just the whole book!

This story is the whole package, and I dare anyone to read it and not want a Father Hugh of their own, because he IS a saint!

5 Stars☆☆☆☆☆ , 10 if it was allowed♡

He's No Saint

by A.J. Harmon

Therapy by Kathryn Perez

☆☆☆☆☆So to start, this raw, intense, and unforgettable story is actually worth way more than 5 stars.

It is after midnight, I just finished Therapy, and I wish someone had warned me to not finish this book if I had any plans to go to sleep soon after....my mind is frantic and running in every direction possible.

We begin with Jess...shes definitely broken and has a lot of pain that she hides.....not to mention the mean girls at school that bully her...

Enter Jace.....oh good lord Jace....savior and night in shining armor...he sticks up for Jess and befriends her....and loves her

Many many disasters and heartbreaks later.....we meet the wonderful wonderful man species that is Kingsley...I personally fell in love....he helps Jess deal with her underlying problems...and loves her

Several more tragic and heartbreaking disasters later...here I am speechless trying to dissect every detail I have just read..

Kathryn Perez, you are an amazing person, and I thank you for sharing a story that is so personal and close to home for you. You are a talented and strong woman, and I feel stronger just reading Therapy, Thank you!

The issues and struggles in this book are real...they are not for the faint of heart nor the ones that want a cheerful happy ending.

It's raw and emotional, and my life is forever changed for reading this.
You really never do know the struggles people are dealing with on the inside.

Maybe Someday by Colleen Hoover

Never before have I read a book that had so many things happen that I never saw coming. Somehow the spoilers were kept so quiet, and I am greatly thankful. Two of the main topics are very near and dear to my heart which made the book that much better for me.

We meet Sydney a girl that really needs to learn to stand on her own two feet for a change...
And then we meet Ridge a guy that needs to learn to live more for himself and not always try to take care of others. ...
I enjoyed the side characters as well. Warren was absolutely amazing. he made me laugh a lot. He sometimes reminded me of Daniel from the Hopeless series.

To me this book was about loyalty, change, new beginnings, old goodbyes, friendship, boundaries, and being true to ones self with a little bit of fun in between.

Once again Colleen has done it! She has amazed her fans with this new book, and I can't say how great the book is without saying how wonderful Griffin did with the soundtrack! He killed it!

Amazing story and characters....deserve more than 5 stars!

Out of Breath by Rebecca Donovan

I was told to read this series about 3 years ago, and I sadly just now got around to it. I don't think I have ever loved a series or book for that matter as much as I do these....... I am actually depressed and majorly saddened by the fact that I finished them, because now its done and over....

I felt all the hurt and pain Emma went through, but also what Evan had to go through simply because he loved Emma too much. I have never seen a book couple more perfect for one another, and I doubt I'll ever see one like Emma and Evan again.
I appreciate the work, heart, and soul that Rebecca put into telling Emma's story of abuse and her struggle to find her way again.
If I could give this book and the rest of the series more than 5 stars I would!
This is definitely a series I will reread over and over and over again!

Ten Tiny Breaths by K.A. Tucker

Ten Tiny Breaths is a riveting story of loss, love, coping, and learning to trust and live again.

First you meet Kacey, a lost soul unable to move on from the past that haunts her daily and nightly. She up-roots her younger sister, Livie, and herself and moves to Miami to get away from her awful Aunt and Uncle.

They arrive at their new run down apartment building, and begin to start over from the world they ran from.

Almost immediately they meet their new neighbor Storm, and her daughter Mia.....they quickly begin to get to know one another and they grow closer.

Eventually, Kacey meets Trent in the laundry room of the apartment building. Trent is also new to the building, also apparently running from a past he too left behind.

As much as Kacey tries not too, she can't stop thinking about Trent.....
after several encounters, they grow closer and things begin to get twisted and a little scary.

A night of fun, and things that were meant to be kept in the dark start to rise to the surface and into the light...
Can things ever go back to the way they were, or are they forever destroyed?

Ten Tiny Breaths left me speechless and amazed.
It definitely deserves more than a 5 star rating!

Red Hill by Jamie McGuire

I may love the show The Walking Dead, but I will admit I have NEVER been a fan of reading Zombie books until Red Hill.
This may be a book about a zombie apocalypse, but it is also about so much more. Fear, family, friendship, strength, resilience, and regret just to name a few.
I could feel the emotion and turmoil Scarlet must've felt over her babies, and the sense of comfort she found in Zoe and Nathan.
I was never really a huge fan of Miranda's, but I did really love the Cooper and the way he was with the kids.
This story was chilling but also made me cry a few times....
It had several plot twists and turns, but it may of had one of the best endings I could've hoped for.
:-)

Bad For You by Abbi Glines

I swear, Abbi Glines never fails to create a man that women will fall in love with! Krit is absolutely amazing! He and Blythe are both tormented by a past that they can't change nor forget, which oddly enough makes them perfect for one another. Their story was written so perfectly, and the ending couldn't of been better. KritFit obsessed for sure!
